FAQ
What is this project?: Sunnydale is an original pilot set in the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, performed by amazing actors for charity. Follow Ash on Twitter for all updates about Sunnydale.
When does the pilot go live?: Sunnydale Welcome Home Part One and Welcome Home Part Two are now available on YouTube to watch at your leisure. Thank you for your support! [WATCH SUNNYDALE]
When will you record the pilot?: Good news! We already did. After a great deal of schedule limbo, we have the pilot in the can! It was an absolute joy to see it performed and I can’t wait to share it with you.
How can I donate?: Donations are currently closed, but together we raised over $3300.00 for education and helped out dozens of students in need all around the U.S. - Thank you!
Why AdoptaClassroom?: Long ago, I used to be a teacher and I currently have many teachers in my family. Teachers and students need a bit of extra help this year and little extra money can go a very long way in the classroom.
What about the comics?: Sunnydale is its own canon. The story picks up roughly twenty years after the end of S7 of BTVS and does not take into account the events of the comics.
What is that music?: The Sunnydale theme is an original track written and performed by The Superweaks just for this project. It’s amazing and you should buy all their records.
Who did the character art?: The character art was done by Dan Fris. Please check out his work!
Is this in any way associated with Mutant Enemy?: From the actors and writers to the grips and on-set tutors, I have so much respect for the hundreds of individuals that made Buffy and Angel the fantastic shows that they were. The Sunnydale project is just for fun and is not associated with Mutant Enemy, FOX, Disney, or anyone else involved with the IP.
Will there be more episodes?: While the entire season of Sunnydale is outlined, there are currently no plans to create more episodes. Let’s see how these go, first!
